My leadership is defined by vision and heart. I thrive when I’m building teams, developing ideas, and watching others bring them to life. There’s nothing more fulfilling than witnessing someone’s “aha” moment, the instant they see their own brilliance and realize what’s truly possible.

My three words, Inspire, Laugh, Amaze, remind me how I want to live each day:
